I grew up in a house with a lawn and a mother who took care of the house and a father who took care of the lawn. Now I make paintings.
I’ve exhibited at galleries and museums from Maine to Florida, with biennials at the DeCordova Museum, the Portland Museum of Art, the Fuller Art Museum and the Lois Foster Exhibition at the Rose Art Museum at Brandeis. I was represented by the Bernard Toale Gallery in Boston for ten years with three solo shows, plus major exhibitions at The Institute of Contemporary Art, The Hunterdon Museum of Art, the Joan Whitney Payson Gallery, and Locco Ritoro Gallery. I was selected for the 2006 MA Cultural Council Grant for Painting.
